Closed-cell, crosslinked ethylene copolymer foams. The softest foam in the range, SUPAZOTE® is recommended for ‘soft touch’ applications, with and without covering. Available in black or white, SUPAZOTE® is both light-weight and tactile. SUPAZOTE® can be used in conjunction with other foams to provide a more responsive surface and has been used in the manufacture of a variety of sports and leisure equipment as well as for the protective packing of fragile items. SUPAZOTE® is also an excellent inert thermal insulating material that can accommodate any size of space or gap.
Traditional EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam material was developed mainly for shoe insoles. More applications were introduced including sports goods, mats for karate, taekwondo, yoga, martial art exercises, material for packaging and industrial gadgets. With highly improved manufacturing process and new chemical formula, we can supply SUPAZOTE® foam materials which comply with EN 71 and ASTM F963 safety standards. Most of these materials are adopted for toys, educational items and handicrafts. A series of RoHS certified items are also available.
