Kewell Converters - Supporting Medical Products (Coronavirus Update 26th March)

Dear Customers,

Please be advised as of 24th March 2020 and following recent Government announcement;

Kewell Converters Ltd

are still operating manufacturing facility and currently delivering to our customer expectations on delivery schedule.

That said we are, (paraphrasing one of our customers); providing vital manufacturing services supporting medical products which are being used widely by the NHS as a critical part of their response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Clearly our responsibilities to the NHS at this time mean that we must prioritize this work and whilst it has not yet, this may impact on our ability to deliver to demanding lead times for our other customers as the situation develops.

Rest assured we will communicate in a clearly and timely manner should our ability to deliver for any of our customers be affected.

Our staff, those who are able to work remotely (mostly office) are operating and are contactable through normal channels (email and telephone). Production will continue to remain open on a split shift in-line with COVID-19 guidance https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus until such point we are directed to do otherwise, or our hands are forced due to other circumstances. During this unprecedented event we endeavour to continue to provide a high level of service, and your patience and understanding are appreciated of any delays or extended lead times.
